You may or may not have heard of AMP. If you haven’t, you will soon. If you have, you probably want your development team to implement it across all of your web properties. Before you do, it’s important to understand if AMP truly applies to your business or not. For some businesses, AMP will literally generate more revenue. AMP stands for Accelerated Mobile Pages, a Google-backed project designed as an open standard for any publisher to have pages load quickly on mobile devices. On Feb. 24, 2016, Google officially integrated AMP listings into its mobile search results.
