What are Google Alternatives

The first alternative to Google is obvious – optimize for the other major search engines, if you have not done it already. Yahoo! and MSN (to a lesser degree) can bring you enough visitors, though sometimes it is virtually impossible to optimize for the three of them at the same time because of the differences in their algorithms. You could also optimize your site for (or at least submit to) some of the other search engines (Lycos, Excite, Netscape, etc.) but having in mind that they altogether hardly have over 3-5% of the Web search traffic, do not expect much.

Google released a browser plugin on 2008 which enabled browsers to display satellite maps in 3D by installing just a browser plugin. Please share your views on this.

Google is the best among the search engines because it provides very reliable answer to your question. Though no other search engine can compete with Google, but Yahoo and MSN can take a try.

There really isn’t any search engine out there that could act yet as the Google double or substitute these days. Its services and speed are really unbeatable.

Google Earth was formerly known as Earth Viewer prior to acquisition of the company that created it - Keyhole, Inc - by Google in 2004.

There are many other search engines like Lycos, Netscape and Excite. If you do not get good results for your website in Google, you can submit your website in these search engines.

The first substitute to Google is understandable – optimize for the additional foremost search engines, if you have not finished it by this time. Do you get this?

Google Earth gives us the opportunity to travel to any place we want. We only need a computer and Internet connection. Share your views on this. Thanks!

If you are not optimizing for Google then obviously you should get to optimize the search engines as well such as Yahoo and MSN and those of which frequented by visitors regularly.
