Sitelinks are hyperlinks to website subpages that appear under certain Google listings in order to help users navigate the site. The site owner cannot add any sitelinks; Google adds them through its own secret automated algorithms.

Google sitelinks are a deluxe listing format that presents a main search result, followed by two or more indented Sitelink results. Most web site operators view Sitelinks as a reputation enhancer, and also a way to control a greater area of the search results page. For these reasons Sitelinks are valuable.

We only show sitelinks for results when we think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of our site doesn't allow our algorithms to findout good sitelinks, and we don't think that the sitelinks for our site are relevant for the user's query, we won't show them.

Google Sitelinks are little sub-listings that sometimes appear under the first listing on the first page in Google search results.

Google shows some of the links from your site when somebody searches for your brand name or sitename in Google. Such links are called sitelinks. Google have their algo to determine such links, but from my observation, pages that are well linked and most popular on your blog are promoted as sitelink.
