To enhance user experience and better search engine exposure url structure of every web page should be perfect. Url should be readable and meaningful.

Eliminate IDs and numbers
Canonicalize URLs directing to a common content
Cover your keywords
Harmonize the URL with the page title
Set moderate redirections

In url it should be unique and your kewords in url is best..

In URL structure you have to use maximum four word and I will suggest you to use three words and this is called seo friendly URL.

if you post article on blog then url structure has post title name.
