Wordpress themes are best. They are seo friendly and also if you do a little bit of search you will find some great wordpress themes which are available at low cost.

I think Genesis Framework and child theme of it is good for SEO and the speed of your website.

In my opinion, WP will be the best if u are not a developer or coder. Its easy to use and SEO friendly.

I use WordPress Stock by Luke Carbis. This theme is pretty awesome. Nice presentation, simple to use. I also love the text font. Highly recommend!
