Both are best but if you compare both of them then I will go with Facebook because it is more user-friendly than twitter.

Yes of course both as best. Twitter having Page Rank 10, Facebook Page Rank is 9. But Twitter is little bit difficult to use then Facebook. Facebook use is too friendly.

If you talk about traffic, then I would like to go with Facebook. Facebook is the best platform for traffic generation. Twitter is also good and popular social networking site but personally I like Facebook the most.

Hello guys, please note that most of the social media sites are not a link building resources. It only caches your link to google. Mostly twitter and Facebook site will provide you only a no follow links how ever it will drive the traffic for focused site.

Both social networking sites are good and having alot of visitors. If you want to get more traffic than advertise about your business in different manners. Personally, I like Facebook more than any other.
