You are absolutely right, if nothing is mentioned in the Title tag it will be shown as "Untitled Document", which looks pretty bad so it's important to write the effective Title tag, which will help user as well as search engine bots to know what your website or particular web page is all about.

two types of keywords, we can use in title tag, 1st one is primary keywords, 2nd one is secondary keywords.
