I have an ASP.NET site hosted on Windows, and I have two separate WordPress blogs, both running in different folders on my ASP.NET site. Installation was easy (providing your Windows server has PHP and MySQL installed - most do). There was no need to use a new domain, or set up the WordPress blogs on different servers.

They are very different animals.

If you have a more complex/unique requirement + skills/or budget then ASP.Net could be the right product. If not you can get a Wordpress site up and running with very little expertise. Many off the shelf plugins and themes available to help customise too.

Hi dear, it depend on your knowledge if you have great knowledge then ASP.NET and WordPress both are good but if you don't have enough knowledge then on one is good for you, but in general WordPress is easy to learn..

WordPress does a great job with SEO, right out of the box
WordPress sites for the most part are built with clean code. The default templates you start with (which can be replaced but form a solid foundation for building upon) are free of bloat.
