Now Guest Posting is not considered as a good SEO techniques, as it gives nofollow link. So I will suggest you to avoid this technique.

Posting (both forum and blog) is very helpful way to generate traffic to web sites.
But the main thing is that it should be professional posting. I know paidforumposting.com team is the best for this. Pricing is a bit expensive, but I'm sure that you'll get what you pay for.

Do you mean that No follow link has no importance in SEO. You are absolutely wrong? No follow links still provides referral traffic. Guest posting is not considered to be a black hat technique but still, If you are doing Guest posting for the sole purpose of getting a back link, then you should avoid it.

Now a days guest posting is did not used anyone because of this is not give do-follow links so don't based on this. Its all are time waste process google is not consider this.
