I don't know actually about leapwebhosting but I heard that they are good.. My preferable option to get fast stable hosting is asphostportal. This company is offering quality services for reasonable prices with highest performance and professional technical team.

Leapwebhosting.com have apache + nginx installed on the servers and Cloudlinux installed. Besides they have instant activation after the payment and it's a plus. Big plus.
