Can anyone tell me, How many characters limits in Title tag ?

There are 60 characters limit for the title tag.

The Title tag must contain 60 to 65 character limits.

In title tag 50-60 characters . If you keep your titles under 60 characters,then our research suggests that you can expect about 90% of your titles to show properly. There's no exact character limit,coz characters can vary in width and Google's display titles max out (currently) at 600 pixels.

As far as I know is 70 character. That will SEO friendly title.

The title tag should have 60 to 65 characters with the main keyword. Don't do keyword stuffing. For best practice of writing Titles, keyword and description- you can check Moz Blog.
