1.Page Rank is one of the method google used to determine page importance where as Alexa is a leading internet statics engine.
2. Google page rank is from 0 to 10 and is mostly dependent upon how many quality backlink the site has where as Alexa ranking depends on how many visitors you get daily. 3. Google Page rank Offers a toolbar "named google toolbar" to check site ranking. where as a Alexa offers a toolbar named "Alexa Toolbar" to check the alexa ranking of site.
