I use Google analytics, Google webmaster, Bing webmaster and Yandex webmaster.
Woorank is useful but remember they always just want to tell you your site has major problems so that you purchase their services.

Google analytics is good or try kissmetrics, for wordpress I use SEO by Yoast plugin which is very helpful for on page SEO

The Moz tool set is fantastic. SEMRush also has a great tool set to gain insights. You really can't go wrong with either.
