SEO is known as search engine optimization. It is of two types one is on the page and another is off page.
On page is all about H1 headers, title tags and keyword density. Making sure that the search engine crawls what site is about. Off page is backlinks. Creating quality backlinks targeting the specific keyword related to business niche from high PR sites. With a good anchor text.

Good Quality Content, Title, Meta tags, the only thing ii seo is the On-page should be perfect. Apart from that Off page optimization like Social media, Blogging, Forum posting, Article Submissions, Social Bookmarking will give you a good result in Seo. It will take time for months. So you should have patience while doing it.
