Why google+ is better than bing ?

The question being asked is whether google+ is better than bing? As far as I know Google+ is a social media platform for Google and Bing is a search engine. The two dont have much to do with each other as one is a search engine and the other is a social media platform. However google is also a search enginge and allot better than bing in my own opinion. Please note there is a differance between google+ and just google.
