Recovery from Google Penguin
I like to know the information to get recovery from Google Penguin update and at the same time I want to know the details regarding regular rank oscillation in my website for my target keywords for past 4 weeks.

No idea about your keyword rank oscillation as you haven't provided any information to understand your issue. As for penquin, look at your link profile and start removing bad links from link farms but be sure its a penquin issue first. Bad anchor text can also reduce serps on the sites.

Recovering from a Google Penguin penalty is possible, I managed to recover my website by diluting the anchor texts and removing all the low-quality backlinks.
