Exercise: From a simple simple task to an intense workout, any form of work out is beneficial, as it helps you manage your weight and increases your feelings and level of energy at some point. 4. Moderation: When it comes to life’s little fun activity, control is the key. This is applicable to glucose, alcohol, certain types of body fat and any other unhealthy food or activity. 5. Rest and Relaxation: It’s very important to make sure your body system gets the rest it needs to recover from the pressure of everyday life. Get at least eight hours rest per night and engage in relaxing interests or activities, such as pleasure, yoga, artwork or simply hanging out with family. |

In reducing weight, it's better to eat body fats and protein than carbohydrates food. Excess carbohydrate food become body fat which can be difficult to burn.

I'm sure that a person who does exercises regularly, eat healthy food, sleep enough, drink much water, and spend time outdoors feels good. I try following these rules. Also, I take medications only when there is no other choice. And I check side effects and contraindications of pills I'm going to use (here Canadian Pharmacy Online always comes in handy).
