Blog Commenting is not recommended technique as it was before, but if you do it nicely on the related blogs then it will be beneficial but do not do it for link building purpose only.

Blog commenting it's work very good, but which blog you comment that's the matter you have to comment the high traffic blog, then only it's work good otherwise it's not give good links, and then blog commenting backlinks are nofollow.
