Can you have more than 2 H2 tags?

Should you only use h1, h2, h3, h4 once? Or can you use that heading a couple of times in one post? Please explain this to me a little more in depth. Thanks for helping.

Yes ,you can use the H2 tag in the same post.You have do this when two sub headings are there in the posting.
