I want to make 404 page for www.chinastones.com
But how to config the page of web.config

Use .htaccess to link all pages that are not found to 404 page.

If you're using cPanel, go to 'Error pages'. From there you can edit each of the errors that might be displayed on your website.
On your error pages include a link back to your home page.

404 error is client error code in HTTP status and for making this many tools used like cPannel.
