Duplicate H1 tag

anyone think theer will be Problems with duplicating h1 tag?

im using php to create titles and apply h1 to it but will have to duplicate the h1 as its for breadcrumbs (top and bottom of page).

Better to make h1 and h2 or does it not matter?

If you have confusion then you will try h1 on top of the page and h2 in bottom of the page.

I also have difficulties trying to understand your question, but if I'm correct there should be no big deal abut duplicate H1 tags. It is said that every page should have only one H1 but Google dosen't care about this tag any more so it is up to you.

If you want to use h1 tag in bread crumb then its not correct way. Use h1 tag for top heading on the page.
