Things to Ask Your Web Host About Downtime
Choosing a reliable web host is the #1 way to avoid unnecessary downtime. Here’s what to ask them before you sign:
1 Do you have a 99% uptime guarantee 2 Will you notify me about server maintenance? What if you are making an important update to your website and it suddenly goes down for maintenance? A 3 How often do you perform scheduled maintenance? 4 What time of day does downtime usually occur? 5 Do you back up my website? 6 Do you provide free, 24/7 technical support?

Yeah, it is good to ask some questions from your web hosting provider before choosing any service. Questions may be like:
How Long Have You Been in Business? How Are Package Upgrades Handled? Are There Any Setup Fees? Etc....
