Hi guys! I am a new member on this site..i wanna know about first page rank of google?if you have suggestion then tell me about this

There are two options either you can use the adwords or you can use the SEO technique which is very effective and useful method to get the fast rank on the search engine. SEO technique will let you on the first page or first rank on the search engine.
