Consume more plant base diet and reduce fat intake, unhealthy carb etc. Always do some aerobic exercises too...

Find out your whole body type and then choose on few aspects, how much relax you need, when you experience hunger, which food causes discomfort to you and so on. Prevent too much of oil and lovely.

For maintain your good health you need to take proper food daily which are less fat and sugar. After that you need to schedule some exercise in morning.

-Have a good Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner timings.
-daily will eat fresh fruits.
