like it. looks modern. back ground images are nice but would look better if they loaded up instantly but might just be my internet connection

It looks spectacular, but somewhat impersonal. For this kind of service, I would suggest you try to reach your prospective client at a more personal level. You need to inspire trust. At least in the about us and/or contact pages, you should have small bios with pictures, something to convey the message that its a business run by experienced, friendly professionals.
