Good article must contains atleast 5oo words with good quality of content not to be an duplicate, then focus on keywords which must be less competitive and healthier, try to make the tile more relevant to article with attractive words on it.

The content of article must be original. because duplicate content is assigned as spam.
You can put your website links one in middle of article and other in bottom of paragraph.
Do not use more than 2 links in the article.

Do not use any spinning based article . Use targeted keyword in article body. Do not use targeted keyword in article body too much time. Try to give hyperlink keyword in the second and last paragraph of your article.
