There are many tools available online all of them are nearly equal, all of them take time to update and gives you nearly similar result now or later.

7. SEO Book SEO Toolbar
8. SEO Quake
9. Google Trends
10. Screaming Frog
11. Google Keyword Planner
12. Google Webmaster Tools
13. Google Analytics

For tracking backlinks and estimating current rank i am using ahref tools.They update the results very fast, i dont know how they do it, but some time they surprisingly update the record within 15 minutes.I never expected web crawling could be so fast or may be there is some trick, because even google takes months to update record.This is probably a singapore based company.
