Nofollow links are not helpful in SEO but we use nofollow links to get traffic on our site.

No Follow is an attribute, to tell Bot no to index/follow link.

No Follow link is the link which does not give you SEO juice and thus it won't result in any improvement in the search engine rankings but this may help in driving traffic to your website.
