Using SEO you have to increase the Page Rank. In SEO you have to know about OFF Page and ON Page. If you have knowledge about these two things so Its easy to get traffic on your page and increase The PR in search engine result.

Google gives Page rank based on the Algorithm. The latest algorithm Google uses for calculating page ranks is Penguin algorithm.

One of the factors that affect page rank is the number of inbound links that you are getting. Just make sure to create links from relevant and Dofollow sites because search engines gives more value on them.

PageRank is Google's way of deciding a page's importance. The page doing the voting doesn't give away its PageRank and end up with nothing.
