There are some tool of keyword but it is the best tool of Google AdWords Keyword Tool, Keyword Planner tool, Wordtracker, Keyword Discovery, Bing Keyword Research Tool.

You can make your keyword short but rich, short but quality keywords, meaning it shows your domain and avoid keyword stuffing, There are actually various tools you can use o suggest effective keyword for your domain but of course, manual submission always pretty works for me.

To find your best keywords, look at what product or service you are sell. The keywords you use should be relevant to your website.but i think The best tool, for finding relevant keywords is Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

I think you have already Good Keyword Research. If you want to add more then use "Keyword Planner" best keyword research tool.
