Basically, this data is measuring your crawl rate. Crawl rate is how often search engine robots crawl your site. In this case, Crawl Stats is showing Googlebot's (Google's search engine robot) activity.

Crawl status is comes from google such as index part. monthly once automatically google spider will crawl the web page once in month end.

Google have program named crawlers which crawls your website. Crawl Stats is the insight showing you the statistics relating to pages crawled pr day, kilobytes downloads per page, time spent downloading per day, etc. Generally Crawl Stats information on your site is provided for the last 90 days.
