I want to know about Anchor text link. Is Anchor text link not good to get ranking.

Anchor text Links are Good for ranking higher your website on search engines. But linking to exact keyword as anchor text is Not good for optimization.

Anchor text is important for your website. Through this your website will be recognized through your keywords. Have multiple keywords for your website and don't do over SEO on single anchor text as it will leads to penalization of your website.

Yes, Anchor Text is used to give your site's link in a keyword. so it is very flexible to take ranking...

certainly don't overdo it and try to get a mix, anchor that actually reads as a sentence is also favoured by google, such as Book a wedding photographer in the UK

1. Exact match anchor text is a signal of link building
2. A high percentage of exact match anchor text can result in a Penguin penalty
3. Exact match anchors don’t look natural
4. Exact match anchors don’t entice clickthroughs
5. Exact match anchors used to work – but don’t anymore

Yes it is good for ranking but make sure that you are not doing over SEO on one keyword.
