Gotta keep healthy and try and keep the blood moving. But diet is the most important factor when it comes to a healthy lifestyle.

just exercise at least 30 minutes per day and drink at least 2 liters of liquids and you'll be as healthy as a bull.

As a site owners, to keep healthy, we have to do exercise.
It also makes us to stay focus and fit at our daily work.
