why bookmarking sites demand vote??
i found many bookmarking sites those publish your site, when any one give you vote.
Do you submit your sites on such bookmarking sites?

bookmarking is the main part of SEO so many people are like and use bookmarking sites to sharing website or back linking.

yes, i also use those sites those vote help your link promote and stay for the longer time, which can really beneficial for you in term of visits.
