As Google Bot firstly search a Page Title just after reaching on any site; it is important to have keywords on Page Title and thus the way Title is very important.

Title of a page is very useful for indexing purpose of search engines. Your title tag should be unique and it must be appeared in the url for better search engines visibility.
Now title tags must be written as you are answering a question asked by a user online.
