The domain has around 1.500 unique visitors / day most of them from US, Canada and UK.
The domain age is 2 year and 3 month.
PR 1 around 71.500 pages indexed by google ( which sends 80% of the traffic )

So the site had and has on going marketing campaigns.

I managed to sell it for 600$.
So I made money selling the script, ads on the site and selling the domain.
Since the new owner only wanted the domain I've moved all to http://downloadvideoasmp3.com/
Probably in 1 year I will sell it for the same price
