Google Panda is Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011. The purpose of google panda is to lower the rank of "low-quality sites" or "thin sites" and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results.

Google panda is an algorithm which is designed to penalize all those sites having low quality content or duplicate content.

Google Panda is search algorithm related with content. If you using duplicate content for your sites,then it penalize.
