I think the best tool for check web is ahrefs, you can check backlink , position key words, referring domain, and you can check everything about competitor

Ahrefs is the tool that i started using recently.Most correct data will be provided by webmaster, but ahref is fast.I used checkyourlinkpopularity also and it was also fine with details of all links with filters.
