Transaction process and ways to fraud buyers

The online seller can fraud the buyers over the online sale very easily. You may be a PayPal user and you have a locked account. You may find people talking about the Paypal’s transaction method that helps buyers that want to fraud the sellers. The buyer can complain and lock your account over the Paypal if you are into selling. I recently tried to sell something over the eBay and I confirmed the details over phone. The buyer gave me the details and I did record it. The sell was completed and I got the money over my account and then the buyer received the goods and they gave the name correctly. Then the problem started and buyer gave wrong information about the sale and complained. The account was locked and they said I did not send the product in time. They did not check with the owner but locked the account and the owner of account now does not have any option to take out the hard earned money.
