my favourite diet consists of fresh vegetables and fruit, as all these ingredients are really useful and the include all the stuff if vitamins you need and the minimum of calories.

Perhaps my favorite swap, I will be using veggie noodles left and right whether it is for this raw stuffing Thai recipe or just to improve the nutritional value on my mom’s spaghetti and meatballs.

My favorite healthy diet is having fresh fruits and green vegetables, I also take meat, fish and eggs but in a limited quantity.
