I am now looking for a cheap vps provider along with these requirements:
512mb / 1024 MB - RAM, 30 GB - Disk space, 300 GB - bandwidth, Linux
Found offers from ChicagoVPS. How helpful is their customer support?

They have low prices and stable servers.

When I found 4Goodhosting, I was excited to see there was available, live support. I turned my questions to their staff and they answered everything so that I could understand. The package they suggest is perfect for me, the pricing is very reasonable and the payment plan fits my needs wonderfully. They have .ca domains for only 4.95$ which is really cheap in my point of view.

Go with ChicagoVPS.net solutions for sure. They are providing excellent support, someone is always available, even on the weekend when I was trying to sort out some of my own errors and they helped, I think it is great fit for you.

4Goodhosting is the right path. I have never noticed any glitch even if there were any. The servers are fast and stable. The price for web hosting packages is fair. If you are looking for a good host, with fast support and all at reasonable prices then 4Goodhosting is the way to go.
