This is the basic benefit that clicking on one link there is maximum probability that visitor will visit the next also

You should use one way link building instead of 2 way.One way link building is quality link building in among all.

It helps in getting good ranking on serach engine and also very much helpful in getting good amount of traffic. Link building plays an important role for getting good ranking on search engine.

To be truthful i also do not see what viral widget is. I can see that there are lots of good things that we can do with the whole LB forum site now.

Two way link building is known as reciprocal linking and it is useful for page ranking, rank high in major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. It increases the traffic to your web site. In two way link building, we will exchange a link from another website and give a back link from your website.

Cons OF 2 Way Link Exchange:

1.Suppose you attained high PR(page rank of 4 or 5) for your web site and you partnered a link exchange program with web site having PR of 1, then it will affect your PR as a reason you giving link back to low PR web site

I am not sure about the 2 way backlinks. But backlinks can help our website in getting high page rank.

According to new Google update 2 way link building can harm your site. So we should avoid it and try to concentrate more on Social bookmarking.

When you place some one link in your site and that person also include your link in his site known as two way link building. Not much benefit of this technique. One way link building has more benefits two ways link building.
