By using keyword planner tool, you can choose keywords. Choose that keywords which have low compititon and high traffic.

Choose keyword
Selecting keyword are the great task for any SEO. Because your SEO is totally depends on keywords. If their would right selection of keywords definitely you would get genuine traffic. Make sure before targeting the keyword you would have closer look on keywords search and competition. Less the competition searches should be high.

--Using the Google Keyword Selection Tool. --Using Long Tail Keywords. --Too Much Competition or Not Enough Search. --Less competitive and high search volume keywords. Etc.
