Google Panda is a change to Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011. The change aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites" or "thin sites", and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results.

Penguin update is aimed at decreasing search engine rankings of websites that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines[2] by using now declared black-hat SEO techniques involved in increasing artificially the ranking of a webpage by manipulating the number of links pointing to the page.

If you need to change the URL of a page as it is shown in search engine results, we recommend that you use a server-side 301 redirect.

Panda was a series of algorithm changes targeted at identifying and penalizing low quality content and rewarding high quality content. "Low quality" content is basically content that lacks depth whereas high quality content is both in-depth and authoritative.

Penguin was a series of algorithm changes targeted at identifying and penalizing black hat SEO techniques. Certain forms of link-buying, and linking schemes (both attempts at manipulating pagerank) were especially targeted.

There are many algorithm run by Google to in order to rank website Penguine,Panda,Humming bird ,pigeon, payday, pirate,EMD.Now we come to your question
Google panda is an algorithm is a search filter introduced in February 2011 meant to stop sites with poor quality content from working their way into Google’s top search results. Panda is updated from time-to-time. When this happens, sites previously hit may escape, if they’ve made the right changes. Panda may also catch sites that escaped before. A refresh also means “false positives” might get released.
Google launched the Penguin Update in April 2012 to better catch sites deemed to be spamming its search results, in particular those doing so by buying links or obtaining them through link networks designed primarily to boost Google rankings. When a new Penguin Update is released, sites that have taken action to remove bad links (such as through the Google disavow links tool or to remove spam may regain rankings. New sites not previously caught might get trapped by Penguin. “False positives,” sites that were caught by mistake, may escape.
