I used Ahrefs to analysis backlinks of my competitors.
Buzzsumo to discover which content performing better and find who shared. BeamUsUp is free tool to discover crawl issues similar screaming frog. Title tag pixel width checker Gtmetrix is free tool to discover issues and help you to improve website page speed. Most important tool Search console a free tool that will show you all the information / issues and more regarding your website health.

Click on the white hat SEO thread and one of the top posts there that is stickied is an audit report. Will go through the whole process A to Z from on page to off page to competitor analysis I believe. Definitely a great report I have used.
