Imbedding fonts

I'm currently working on a webpage which uses one line of a rare font, SF Digital Readout, which I'm using for a clock. Nothing else would like quite the same, so is there any way I can make the font appear the same for everyone, without having them download a file?

And, there should be a way to upload the font file and have the webpage read off of that.

Do not worry about that, on the web they will all appear as html not how they appear in your editing program.
