In general classifieds are cast-off for publicity purpose but then again still if the classified web based site has decent PR and you are capable to extract a do follow link then it is all good.

classified ads are most important part in SEO you can advertise free of cost mostly classifieds are free but in time limits for example you can post an ad for three months minimum after that it will be remove by the admin but in between that you can generate free traffic.
