Your website looks good enough to optimize it for search engine. All you need to do is to create backlinks. You can register for lynda.com for just 25$ a month to take SEO classes over there. You will learn everything.

yes your css file is not loading.
there are also problems with your all.js file. Check the console of google chrome to debug. |

This website is very informative & nice design. I recommend to remove that like button on page loading.

You need padding in your middle container. All the content are right on the left edge. Pad them.

Sorry. Design looks a bit old fashioned. I think the color scheme looks a little dull.
