Dream-viewer is good for the HTML editing. But sublime text could be my choice.

For a no cost editor Notepad++ is the one I like, but if you would like to pay the cash for an amazing editor use Dreamweaver like everyone else has suggested.

Notepad++ : is the best editor ever, because it's simple and very fast ,
if you're a beginner then it is the best editor for you !
