As I updated meta tags of my website and approx. 1 month has gone but meta tags are not updated till now, I checked GSC no any error related to indexing. What are the possible reason behind it...plz help.

You need to submit your website on Google Search Console. This way, your website will be indexed through search engines. You should also concentrate on adding your website on submission sites for search engines.

Ways to Increase Your Site Crawl Rate :-

Update Your Content Often (and ping Google once you do).
Check Your Server.
Pay Attention To Load Time.
